About E H Electrical
Ezekiel has nearly two decades of electrical experience, having started his apprenticeship in Auckland, working on kitset homes and commercial properties. Once qualified, he moved to Wellington to work on various domestic and commercial sites, such as offices, universities and shop fit outs.He recently spent two years working in London and its surrounds, gaining valuable experience from the interesting and diverse work sites the UK has to offer. This included working on both the Japan House, London (a Japanese cultural center) and the first Hard Rock Hotel, where he was head electrician for the air sampling & fire alert system.Once back in New Zealand, Ezekiel returned to Wellington and continued to work on everything from whole home rewires to complete office and store renovations.Having always wanted to start his own business, Ezekiel moved to Christchurch in early 2022 with his family, to form E H Electrical.

Ezekiel was excellent. We had a old heated towel rack disconnected and removed and a new fan and heater installed in our bathroom plus a range of smaller things. Ezekiel sourced the fan and heater for us and we were very happy with what we got. He gave us a range of options to choose from at different price points. he also fixed the switch for our night storeheater, installed an up to standard socket in our bathroom, fixed a light that wasn't working and installed a new LED light for us in the bathroom. The new LED light was a trial and when we can afford it we'll start doing the rest of the house and get Ezekiel back to do it. The standard of work was fantastic. Ezekiel was very friendly to deal with and worked efficiently and the price was very reasonable. He cleaned up afterwards very well and filled the holes left in the wall from removing the towel rack expertly. Would not hesitate to recommend Ezekiel to anyone.

Ezekiel was recommended to me by a friend. My problem was an electrical short triggering the circuit breaker. I had no idea what was causing it. Zek was able to pinpoint the problem in seconds which turned out to be the water cylinder element. The element was extremely hard to get to which he was able to do without needing to change the cylinder position thankfully. Zek was also helpful in recommending some electrical power saving ideas, the major one being swapping halogen lights to LED’s in the most used areas. That change has saved a heap of power usage as I have a large house. Zek also fixed all my outside lights which were always malfunctioning and I have never had any problems with these since. I found Zek reliable, personable efficient and not as expensive as I expected which was a real bonus. He is very approachable and honest.

I have called on Ezekiel a few times now after buying a new home.
He has installed new underfloor heating panels and replaced majority of my halogen light-bulbs to LEDS (power bill has almost halved)
He has been efficient, professional and also patient - working with my budget and breaking a very large job down to smaller ones for me.
Zek is also patient with my toddler with explanations of what he was doing - she had 200 questions for him and was very excited to help and see the new lights.
